Autumn is a restaurant focused on bringing attention to the issue of GMO foods usage. GMOs lead to alteration in the quality and characteristic of the plant in question. How safe is the food we are consuming? It introduces new risks to food security, environment, human health. The concept of this restaurant is to advocate strong rejection of the use of GMO foods and seeks to inform people to choose foods that benefit the shared environment and promotes fair relationships and a good quality of life for all involved. Autumn primarily serves seasonal foods and all foods are from organic farming. The idea of butterfly symbol comes from Butterfly Effect, which means small causes can have huge effects.
